Terms and Conditions of Estudio Jurídico Carolina Oré Gómez & Asociados EIRL – Intellectual Property and Legal Advisory

- Scope of Services: Estudio Juridico Oré Gómez & Asociados EIRL (hereinafter referred to as Carolina Ore Gomez & Asociados) will provide specialized legal advisory services in intellectual property and other legal matters as agreed upon with the client. This may include, but is not limited to, trademark registrations, patents, copyrights, contracts, and litigation.
- Confidentiality: All information provided by the client will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Carolina Ore Gomez & Asociados commits not to disclose, share, or use confidential information for any purpose other than related to the provision of agreed legal services.
- Fees and Payments: Fees and payment structures will be agreed upon in advance with the client and specified in a separate agreement. Carolina Ore Gomez & Asociados reserves the right to invoice for services provided according to the agreed-upon terms.
- Liability: Carolina Ore Gomez & Asociados will strive to provide accurate and timely legal advice. However, it does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for consequences arising from decisions made by the client based on its advice.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions may be modified at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on our website, and the client is deemed to accept them by continuing to use our services.
- Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate this agreement with prior written notice. Carolina Ore Gomez & Asociados reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches its obligations.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of any conflict, it will be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Peru, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice of Lima, waiving their domiciles.
These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between Carolina Oré Gómez & Asociados and the client. By requesting or using our services, the client accepts and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
